Built a self serve boiler quote engine for one of Scotland's biggest installers. Customer answers a few questions, gets a real price, books online. Tricky installs get a video survey instead of a salesman in a van.

QR-based equipment tracking for gym chains. Members report broken kit with a phone scan, technicians get the job in their dashboard, downtime drops. Replaces the WhatsApp group of "this machine's broken again."
